The Nutritional Services Department at Summit Healthcare opened its doors and its heart to all Veterans on November 11.  Lunch and dinner were served at no cost to Veterans and their families; chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, steaks, and a red, white and blue dessert (red velvet cake with white icing and blueberry topping!) were all provided.  186 Veterans were served, with a total of over 372 attendees.   Songs were played for each branch of the military and patriotic songs were played throughout the event.  It was an honor for us to serve them on their special day!
