Case Management-
Professional RN's partner with physician(s) and the healthcare team to provide our patients coordinated and seamless care.

Assist patients in planning for their recovery after hospitalization. Resources are arranged to meet ongoing medical needs.
Social Services

Professional Social Workers manage crisis intervention situations and assist patients with their psychiatric, behavioral, abuse, chronic disease, chemical dependency, geriatric and end of life needs.

Assist patients with their psychosocial and behavioral health needs. Resources are coordinated for seamless care.

Professional RNs assist patients by working closely with their physician(s) and insurance company to assure hospital bills and reimbursements are accurate.
Staffing Coordinator

Assists nursing units with staffing needs so nurse to patient ratios are appropriate and safe.
Administrative Shift Coordinator

Professional RNs provide operational support to all units and oversee patient flow to assure timely and appropriate admissions 24/7.

Assist patients by providing administrative, pharmacy and various other functions after hours to assure seamless operations.
Float Nurses
-
Professional RNs provide direct patient care in the OB, ICU, Med/Surg, OR and ED nursing units. These diverse nurses "float" to the units that need help 24/7.
